Overnite Express is a useless and unprofessional courier.Rather it is better to use Indian Postal Service.A courier was dispatched from my side which was not delivered in the consignee address till 15 days from the day of dispatch.On calling their customer care number, nobody bothered to respond easily despite calling persistently.The staff who picked up my phone was so rude and tried to blame me for the delay.I lodged a complaint on the site of Overnite Express Courier.As no reply resulted, I forwarded the matter to consumer protection court against this fake service.Never in my life, I am going to use this service now.
