I had placed an order on the Oxford book store website a few weeks ago. The order was accepted and my card payment was cleared immedaiately. After this, there was no response on the delivery status. I sent numerous emails and made phone calls but there was no response. The emails were completely ignored, while on the phone I was told someone would contact me later. A few days later, I get a mail from a Vivek Khettry stating that the book is not in stock and my order has been cancelled. Such utter arrogance and customer insensitivity is just mind-boggling. I sent an email back stating that I would like to lodge a complaint, and as usual, there has not been any response! From my side, I used to be a frequent visitor the their Bombay store, but such shoddy treatment has made sure I will never visit the store again!!!
