I created an oxigen account because I "assumed" they would be like paisapay and other such online vendors - I was wrong! I loaded money onto my OXIGEN account and tried to pay for a product that I wanted to buy on EBay; the money got deducted from my account but did not reach the vendor. I have sent many mails to OXIGEN but I still haven’t got any response at all; not even a reply.
"Why not try to call their customer care number?" Because their customer care number is invalid and phony! It is only an automated message! No one to answer the call and talk to you or ask you what the problem is. So the only option I have now is to sit and wait till they reply to my mail(It’s already been 5 days).
They have a service where you send a text message saying "OXIHELP" and someone will call you back. Well, guess what? No one has called back!(Why am I not surprised).
Anyway, hope this review helps somebody. Please don’t use oxigen wallet for any online payments.
