I faced very bitter experience with this app.
I had done transaction in to Oxygen wallet Transaction I’d is TXN.ID: 79322509011482336821.But my transaction got failed.I contacted customer care but they had not provided me any Information .Moreover they dropped the call.
Also tried to book flight ticket with Oxygen wallet on Indigo and I paid the amount using oxygen wallet.As the ticket could not be booked due to session out but money was debited from wallet account.I waited for 2 to 3days for refund.Then I called Oxygen wallet they said your transaction was successful and if transaction could not complete money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days.I called Indigo customer care number multiple times they said that they have not received any amount.Now I am trying to Oxygen wallet they are not even answering my call from last 2 days.Number of emails have been sent and not even receive a single word I am confused where my money goes if no body holding that money.TXN I’d: 37489198011483032081
