As per my knowledge, oxigen is a first money transaction and mobile recharge platform.After introducing paytm and mobikwik, oxigen is also trying to improve UI and performance. As a customer, I am expecting more development from them.
Main draw back is their site is not looking good, but app is looks good.New attractive offers are very minimal and it is not competitive in current market.Need to add more offers especially recharge or mobile payment offers for continued usage of a customer.App loading speed is also not good.Required more offers for online and off line transactions too.
Hopefully they will do the needful to maximize customer accounts.
