I made a transfer from one of my account to my oxygen wallet account for a sum of Rs 511.00. But to.my dismay the Amount was not reflected in my oxygen wallet account but the same was debited by my bankers in my bank account.
The same thing happened and my oxygen account Did not reflect the transfer. Immediately I sent mails complaining about this to Oxigen and also called on them over phone. They assured me that they will check this and and transaction failure will be reversed to bank account within a week’s time.
Later I received a mail stating:
This is with reference to your email regarding the transaction failed response received by you.We regret the inconvenience, however post verification of our records we would like to inform you that the transaction is successful from our end and should reflect in your account shortly.In case this transaction fails from at the Third Party End, the disputed amount would be revered to your account within 7 working days.
