Today I have thought to use my Oxigen wallet so I decided to add few money from my payback card where I had like around 500Rs so I redem to oxigen wallet beacuse I heard that only your payback points can be converted into real time money and so I did the same hence after adding my points to oxigen wallet I converted them into money later on I thought to buy something from ShopClues so I went to that site and searching for a mobile back cover for my Redimi 4. After getting the right one I added to my cart and proceed for the payment and used my wallet where I have recently add some money on my oxigen wallet and I choose the option of paying through wallet by using my oxigen wallet I have added my every detail and clicked to proceed for the payment. I dont believed that the transaction got failed due to their poor quality of server where I couldn’t make it the order for my phone with the same they have also deducted my money from my wallet which was very heart broking for me. Seeing that I called their customer service for the detail clarification but in return they have only one thing to say that Sir from our side the money has been successfully paid and we are not at any fault where on other side ShopClues has declined my order because of payment failure so I asked only one question to them that then where is my money where it has gone.
I have got very pathetic service from their side and its gave me an insecurity feeling and made me realised now matter how bank is the only good option to make any kind of payment specially when your about to make any payment in any e commerce site
