Currently the market is flooded with online wallets with 6 major players.
Few things which I strongly liked about Oxigen are
Great brand promotional strategies( Associating brand like Sachin Tendulkar.)
Very good promotional offers. There are many offers in market for oxigen wallet like PVR cinemas. I enjoyed airlift movie with 50% discount.
Easy facility for transfering money to other accounts.
Pointers which I feel were not upto the mark:
I found many integration issues within PVR website and Oxigen website.After creating Oxigen wallet from pvr redirected link I was not coming back on PVR payment page. but rather I had to relogin and rebook PVR tickets.
Website was not that much user friendly. You have search alot on the page if you have to recharge your wallet which degrades the consumer experience.
Overall I would say good service but a client who is not loyal to the brand will definitely switch to other wallets as the promotional offers stop.
