I have transferred from my bank account some money to oxigen wallet, it accepted but when I wanted to recharge my mobile it was showing transaction failed repeteadly.A number of time I have tried to recharge, emailed to their customer care but they are not responding, their customer care section on oxigen wallet website also not working technically.
Why sachin tendulkar is assosicated with such fake wallet and spoiling his name?
Finally I withdraw my money from oxigen wallet & transferred back to my bank atm.
Stay away from Oxigen wallet.ONE MORE TIME I ALSO MADE TRANSFER from one of my bank accounts to my Oxigen Wallet account for a sum of Rs. 512.00. But to my dismay the amount was not reflected in my Oxigen Wallet account but the same was debited by my bankers in my bank account. Since I wanted to buy some article using oxigen(With discounts) I again tried to transfer from my another bank account. The same thing happend and my Oxigen account did not reflect the transfer. I lost Rs. 1024 in this process.immediately I sent mails complaining about this to Oxigen and also called on them over phone. They assured me that they will check this and and transaction failure will be reversed to bank account within a week’s time.Later I received a mail stating:"This is with reference to your email regarding the transaction failed response received by you.We regret the inconvenience, however post verification of our records we would like to inform you that the transaction is successful from our end and should reflect in your account shortly.In case this transaction fails from at the Third Party End, the disputed amount would be revered to your account within 7 working days."After more than 10 days now my emails sent were not answered and no credit had been given either in my bank account or in my Oxigen account.To whom should I escalate this issue? just to wanna say stay away from this dont even use this type of fake site totally worst money wasting and time wasting too.
