from 5/01/2017 to 7/01/2017 magnum resort Goa.
with great disappointment.I regret taking assistance of OYO for my hotel bookings and got my whole vacation ruined.
Not only one number of incidents shoocked our stay.
we immediately contacted OYO customer service center and also bought the following to the notice of magnum resort manager but none of that was helpful.
• The room which are provided to us are stingy in condition, fan wasnt working and fridge was smelling in the room .
• The locks in the bathrooms door were not yet working with rust.
• To this the resort onwer justifies that none of the hotels have locks in the bathroom and since we know whom we are staying and sharing the room with so we should adjust.
• ILL attended room services.
• There was found a insect in the morning breakfast poha next day.
The staff present there tells us that the insect must have filled from outside.
