App is good, Customer care executive work very properly very friendly and solve problem very Quickly, But some Hotels like Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow Parasnath Planet, M block, 1504, property is one of the worst ecperience I can say.pls dont go thr. thr is no one to entertain, may be possible that u should be clean ur room.If u ordered Tea may be thr is no sugar 100% and if u ordered Vegetable may be thr is no Salt that is for sure. so go with ur risk.Pathetic experience.
