I recently booked a room for my family vacations in Mussoorie, Dehradun.
I got a confirmed booking 3-4 days prior to my journey date.
On my way to Mussoorie, I called the Hotel to confirm my Check-in details and booking confirmation. And he refused to give me a room even if I had already booked and the booking was confirmed.
As soon as I ended the call, I called the Oyo service centre and they said that youll be shifted to another place nearby. After much of the conversation of about 30 minutes, oyo rooms shifted me to a place 3 kms away from the initial booking place.
Me and my family was so annoyed with the sudden cancellation of the booking that just for a while we thought of cancelling our trip.
