This is my detailed feedback for giving 1 star to hotel gurgaon.
1) Bad location of hotel , they should show photo o locailty as well
2) No parking or support , unprofessional parking near hotel ina dusty plot of land with rocks and stones , they don’t give a recepit of parking and charges
3) Heavy traffic near the hotel it is so distrubence to live comfortable in room,
4) Lift in hotel was not working when arrived it is so incomfortable , we had NRI guest with us who has cardoic issue and had to climbe the strais.
5) The bathroom is not good, no cleanness is maintained, bat towel, soaps and damaged hand wash sinck.
6) The flush system is of toilet is not working we have to use the mug system, we informed the management he apologised that plumber is no present only be available next morning
7) There was a continous distrubance whole night from parting neighbours , when we steped out from the room heavy garbages and many waste.
8) we came back with 3rd roommate our NRI relatives and it was humiliating to see this unprofessionalism and garbage ,
We woke up the caretaker /manager who was sleeping on the sofa of the reception and reminded him to arrange a extra bed since we had booked room for 3 guests after a guy brings a dusty bed with a chewing gum , spider cobbled hairs stuck in the whole surface.
