Here I am shering my friend experience of oyo room. He booked a room via oyo apps in mahipalpur to celebrate his birthday. He invite his friend and order a chocolate cake in the hotel of oyo rooms. On of there staff took 500 to bring his cake. At 11: 00pm he come with the cake . that cake was not choclate flever he complaint for it but they didn’t do any thing for him. They spoil his birthday that day.
There sevice is very bad they charge more for thier hotel service. The price of water botel is 50 which is market price is 20.
He feel very bad on booking with oyo rooms.
