I booked a hotel located in Kishanganj, Bihar on September 7, 2017 for September 8, 2017 with full payment in advance(BOOKING ID: KJRO2601).
When I reach to the hotel, the management inform me that their AC is not working.
So I called to OYO customer care asking for alternative hotel, but they failed to provide me any hotel.
After few hours I found another hotel nearby, but the housekeeper informed that their they dont have AC in their hotel.
Finally I had to cancel the hotel and booked another hotel offline by myself.
They Add Hotels in their website without Verification and without responsibility.
A lot of fake hotels are available in their website.
Please be responsible and dont harass people.
