No refund after so many days

They don’t pay property owners their dues for like weeks that’s why hotel deny check ins. They don’t have proper customer support also, they hired freelancers for customer support who just can’t provide fast solutions. Imagine being in an unknown city and hotel denies your check-in. They don’t refund also after sending email of refund confirmations. Booking ID -JZHY3210. After my review on play store again someone called me and promised they are doing Refund in 15 mins and then didn’t.
