I booked hotel spot r residency 65126 sri sailam on oyo app.paid full advance room payment for 15 to 16 dec 2019.on reaching the hotel i was denied accomodation.the hotel staff of oyo spot r residency 65126 srisailam abused me with bad language. Threaten to beat and throw my luggage.
I contact oyo help line for help but they didnot respond and my money is not refunded.
Dont book oyo rooms and hotel r residency which is 12 kms from srisailam.very dirty hotel and abusive staff.oyo rooms are cheaters.frau
