I have stayed in OYO Town House 084 Golden Park at Kolkatta along with family from 25th Dec’2019 to 28th Dec’2019 and found the hotel to be worst. The hotel charges for a 3 star hotel but looking at the hotel amenities it looks like a 1 star hotel. Inside the room, there is sofa, no arrangement for preparation of tea, no space for keeping family luggages, dirty wash room and the hotel does not have a restaurant for taking dinner. Guest will have to take the dinner at the room only. For breakfast, there is a little space near the reception, breakfast quality is not at par. Complaints are not attended properly. I recommend not to go for this hotel along with family.
