I had fully paid the charges for 5 days stay in oyorooms nagpur. I got what’s app confirmation message that my booking is confirmed. I called the hotel and they too said that my booking is confirmed. But when I reached the hotel after a 15 hours travel they said they have not received any booking. I called up oyo customer support and they said that they have received my complete amount but due to a technical glitch the booking could not be completed. So I paid double the amount for the room in the same hotel and booked my room for 5 days. Oyo said that will refund me the amount but finally they did not. I have been a regular oyo customer but this cheating business has started by oyo. They also replied on mail that they will not refund my money. Total fraudsters
