Booked 2 rooms in Royal Inn Palace for 27th April 18 with booking ID: LOJK8160 with confirmed booking & paid Rs 3278 online.
On arrival at the said hotel on 27th afternoon, the local staff informed that they have no vacancy & that they do not know how OYO has confirmed the booking.
On contacting the helpline the guy put me on hold for connecting to his senior who didnt turn up even after holding the line for a good 10 minutes. Frustrated I managed to contact one Mr Shashank Gupta from OYO & asked him to refund my money immediately.
Have not received any refund till date. Their system is showing my stay as completed.
