I have stayed in oyo rooms many time in places like delhi, chennai, coimbatore, etc . I had both good and bad experience with oyo. First I will say about the bad one’s, when I booked oyo in chennai near to airport the rooms in hotel are totally different from the images that are shown in the app, then I called to the customer care they send me to the picture of the room after seeing that they asked to for some time so that they can talk with the area manager after that I did not get any call from oyo, then I called to the reception they said its the room which will be allocated for booking done through oyo. After my check out oyo called me for feedback I explained all they haven’t responded properly at that time also.
Apart from this there was some little problems like the speed of the internet in hotel, quantity of food being served in the accommodated hotels. The good thing with oyo is we will get rooms with good deals mostly.
