False Information

We booked our family stay with oyo 7211 Hotel Mussoorie Club booking ID -QVRT8405 and was embarrassed when we walked into the hotel at round 13:30 hrs. full hotel was in a mess with puke all over it, hotel had 0 view it was quit inside as well and we could only see garbage outside window. Our vacation was ruined. All fault is of oyo who booked the stay for us and not that of hotel mussoorie club, I hope I should have spoken to the hotel directly rather than with oyo people this booking was pre paid we tried speaking to oyo helpline but we were rather more upset and frustrated with guest service executive we spoke all of them made false promises about changing our hotel, all of them also spoke to the hotel and the hotel was comfortable with our early departure but after a while it seems they disconnected the call leave us in a complete mess, irresponsible staff, the oyo executive who booked us over phone promised us that the hotel will be with good views and in fact the rating was also good but it seems everything was a false commitment.
