The company has failed now. Their hotel partner don’t honor the rates at which customer book room thru oyo site. Hotel always demand extra amount or cancel the booking. I had to spend whole night on road in car with my son and wife when Hotel Sea oyo 8590 had refused to give me room a 1 am in the night which was booked thru oyo, booking id ZNL63408. Infact I had re-assured from cust care while booking that there will be no problem in checkin at hotel as I will be reaching at very late in the night with family. Oyo had confirmed that they have already spoken with property manager who is asking for some extra amount. I agreed to pay amount extra also. Then oyo had send me a confirmation mail Ticket ID: 3767915459 that room booking is confirmed. But when I reached the hotel, he refused to give the room saying that he had not confirmed oyo for any booking. On talking to oyo cust care in the night 1 am and saying that I have got booking confirmation mail from oyo, he said that the one who has sent you the mail has made a false commitment.
Imagine I am searching a room in the night 1.30 am in a different city with wife and son in car. I didn’t get any room and had to spend night in car only.
I have experience the most painful and time of my life just bcz of oyo.
