I am writing the review post after several followup from OYO customer care and getting completely frustrated.
I booked OYO in Delhi from October 19 to October 23 2019 with booking reference: PDOH3819. My booking was confirmed and I had already paid for it. When I reached to the the Hotel, the property manager told that they dont have any room available. Inspite of trying a lot they denied checkin. And the worse thing was that they were so rude.
I went ahead and booked another hotel hoping that my money would be refunded. I waited a lot but it was not refunded. So, I contacted customer service, and explained the situation. They put me on hold and tried to contact the property manager. After some time they told that they were not able to contact the property manager and I should contact them again. After some days, I contacted them again and the same thing happened. Now its been more than 1.5 months and I havent received the money back. I sent them multiple emails and every time they say they tried to contact me on my number but they couldnt.
OYO sucks.
