Very Bad Customer Service, Cheating people !!

I made a 15 days advance Booking through OYO in hotel at Banglore, when I reached their after a very long journey the manager told that he don’t have any booking with my name. After talking with Customer care and Mohammad(Manager) I was told that my booking has been shifted in some another hotel without consulting me on higher prices and when I raised my voice these people cancel my booking and left me with silly answers that I didn’t pick up there phone call. OYO people just cheat people for the sake of money.
