The oyo app is amost is a scam. And their customer service is pathetic. No one istens to your probem. Worst of it THEY HAVE CUT THE CALL when I am expaining my problem. I mean how can they behave like that.
And coming to their mobile app, It is the most stupid app I have used recently. It always crashes and nothing is clear for a customer as in where to check wether booking is confirmed or once ur payment is failed no way to resume the booking.
And most importanty, if u cancel ur room by mistake( prepaid rooms) . U will not get either ur money or ur booking. Both are lost and OYO again takes booking charges for that room.
