Poor & Pathetic service by OYO Rooms

Hi Team,


I am permanent client of OYO rooms. I always booked oyo room because service is good. But this time I booked Hotel Rajwada for 2 nights. This time I think I wasted my money. Room was very small. The AC of room was not working. I complained regarding ac but he told me mechanic will come. In summer I spent 1 night 1 day without ac. Please feel the situation. On 2nd evening hotel staff told me they will shift my room. I paceked my luggage waited for shifting but till 2 hours no one come with shifting confirmation. They I called to reception he told me I forget. I ordered lunch in yesterday’s afternoon waited for lunch for 3 hours but order not delivered. In future I will never book oyo and I will suggest to my family or friends and colleagues please don’t book Oyo. I m uninstalling the phone application.
