Worst ever experience...

Dear Team,


Please note your behaviour with me.


I am going to take you guys to consumer court




  1. Ms. Sonia called me for Goa package which was costing 22000/-




  2. Mr. Sourav Sharma convinced me for the same saying he will return me Rs. 2000/-




  3. Then I paid Advance Rs. 2000/- and got Package ID




  4. After that the unprofessional behaviour from Ms. Sonia and Sourav started, I kept on asking continuously for my PKG details and confirmation but did not recieve any update.




  5. Ms. Sonia told me that the said property is sold out and I have to go with other property with higher rate.




  6. I deleted some items from my itenarary and confirmed PKG at 19500/-




  7. Then also ms. Sonia didn’t confirm the pkg.




  8. Ms. Sonial and Mr. Sourav were avoiding to connect with me.




  9. Then Mr. Himanshu entered in conversation saying he is the supervisor of Ms. Sonia and I can contact him anytime.




  10. Somehow my Final deal was 17500/-.




  11. I recieved wrong link saying no advance payment and was asked to pay 17500/- whole amount,






After contacting your team they said not to worry pay only remaining amount and I did the same and received PKG ID.




  1. After that I kept contacting your team to send me Voucher but they were just avoiding me continuously.




  2. On the date of my Journey 27/05/19 I recieved wrong voucher and intimated the same to the team, then recieved right PKG without Driver and cab details.




  3. I kept calling your team till 2:00 am of 28/05/2019 and was assured that I shall get details in some time.




  4. In morning, there was no message from your side.




  5. I reached Goa at 7:30 am without any can details and got my Relationship officer detail as Nadeen, he was also helpless to contact me on the same and said my package is cancelled, I am shock to know this.




  6. Finally I have booked cab and going to hotel on my own.




  7. No bookings at hotel done by you guys.

Mr. Sourav and Ms. Sonia are picking up my calls now.


I have called these all minimum 100+ time.


So careless and unprofessional behaviour from your side
