Ordered 2 sets of suits for my brother’s wedding in **P N Rao, Malleshwaram, Bangalore** with a hope that I will be getting beautifully crafted clothes by these people who are in this business from 1923.
What I received was just disappointment from these people! They called me up to come and collect the suit and when I visited the store they informed me to wait half-n-hour as they will go and bring the suit from warehouse. When asked where is the warehouse, it’s 20kms away from their shop(20kms and Bangalore traffic. OMG!). I got irritated to the core and they promised me to deliver me the suits to home by 10am next day. On repeated calls next day, they delivered the clothes at 3pm!
And surprise just doesn’t end there. They have stitched the clothes in wrong way than what I had ordered. Was really disappointed but couldn’t do anything at last moment of marriage.
Most careless staff I have ever seen. They took wrong measurements and made me go multiple times for same.
Don’t waste your precious money in PN Rao, Malleshwaram. There are better people in who stitch and give better customer service. I personally would never go back to PN Rao ever again. If there is something disappointing thing happened in our family function then it’s nothing but the service and clothes provided by PN Rao, Malleshwaram.
