Proactively ask for the treatment or procedure charges before starting with doctor and staff else you will be cornered and forced to pay a hefty price than you might have.
This is a complaint against the respective Dr. Hema Rajesh and the team at PSG Hosptial, Coimbatore.
I myself Sendil Kumar J from Mysore and my spouse from Tirupur, we started our IVF treatment at your hospital, Since the initiation of our treatment, there was no transparency in the reports, in updates, and prior information about the payments involved before they do the procedure. There were multiple scenarios where we cornered for the payment because of the lack of prior information about the procedure and its cost involved, all the time we are asked to pay a hefty amount immediately after completing the procedures.
Doctor, nurse or the responsible person are not informing us ahead about the cost involved. This is clear cornering and indirect blackmail when they ask to pay after the procedures.
Claiming rules out of the norms or forcing my presence for each and every time for all simple checkups of my spouse, denying the fact I’m working in Bangalore and even my Mother-in-law accompanies my spouse.
We were not given the reports of embryos at our first transfer.
We have paid more than what the treatment costs as compared to other hospitals.
I would request the consent authority to look into this issue not just for our needful but please consider from the practice point of the PSG hospital and provide us the truthful judgment, thanks.
