PAce Stock Broking do lot many illegal and Unauthorized transaction in Client’s Trading account.
I had opened a trading account with them, also they Opened a savings bank account at Kotak bank for monetary transaction,
but out of my knowledge they took a power of attorney to do transact in my Kotak bank account as well as in my trading account. They put there own money in my account and did lot many transaction, when I got Income tax Notice, then I asked them how did they do it out of my knowledge, they explained me that I have signed on the paper and given them authority.
So please avoid opening account with them, as it is never possible to read 50-60 pages rules and regulation and there terms.
Also when I gave application to close my account they took more than 3 months after so many followup.
