The worst broadband service I have experienced. Wonder why did I even switch to it in the first place. Horrible connection even after paying 6 months advance. The customer care representatives are always busy and dont even know how to talk in basic English.
I think they have appointed those illiterate people from some slums to address customer grievances. The only reason they have is *"network is down in the entire area, isliye aapka net nahi chal raha".
Apparently they have only one person per geographical area as the local area operator to address customers and even that one person is an idiot!I was also told by my local area operator that there is a problem in my router. After buying a new one worth Rs. 2500/- I had to wait for almost a month before the person could come and install it. And the so-called "problem" still remains unsolved!
The local area operator who looks after the connections in my area is another headache to deal with. I called him up to ask him to look after the problem, but that idiot just keeps rejecting phone calls and switched off his phone! This is the way in which they deal with their customers!Atrocious behavior, just not expected from a company which is into the service sector!
