Pacenet is the worst connection provider’s
The customer service is terrible. The speed is very very bad
In a month atleast 15 days my net is down. Their engineers are the worst.
Every time my net is down, they dont have the manners to speak to their customers.
Sometimes it will disconnect automatically when I made a call to him( Mr rajendra) he spokes very rashly( abuse, tu dimag khrab mat kar, tere liye he baithe hai kya, lai ja tere paise) that they are thinking they are giving the net free of cost.( They take 1000 Inr for 512 kbps plan without bill) .
No Customer support, when u call customer care for a Query they ask u to ask ur local operator for same and local operter say " mai kya karu aage sai problem hai, tere liye koi lag sai tower thori lgvynge)
one star to much for that company
