They have around 4-5 branches all over Delhi and they will tell you to visit any of the centers. They have made an advertisement all most everywhere in social media about Laser Services for Rs. 99 at upper lips or chin area as trial.
I travelled around 8 KMs to visit their Punjabi Bagh branch to get the free trial of the laser hail reduction treatment. They did not give me detailed information on the call and very clearly told " You please come over and at avail the free trail service that we have". I reached there just to know that they do not have the laser machine there.
After I landed to their so called Salon, they wasted my 45 minutes in explaining their laser package which is extraordinarily high budgeted . They were overfriendly and didn’t even discuss about the free trial. When I asked them, they very easily said: "We do not have the laser machine here and you will have to visit our Pusa Road branch. I could not control myself and I asked them whey didn’t you tell me this beforehand . They again replied with ease, "the machine was there, It just went half an hour ago".
They are thugs, cons and overfriendly and at the same time inconsiderate of your wastage of time and money . They are unfair and putting fake deals on the social media for them to bring people in their center . They do not bother from where the person is located and how long will he have to travel just to know that they fooled you. They are taking advantage of people’s faith on words.
