This is highly annoying when food order has been confirmed by #yatrachef https://m.mouthshut.com/yatrachef rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@yatrachef and was not delivered on time and train departed.
No reliability is there in services of #yatrachef. I ordered food on 26-01-2018 in ala hazrat express with order ID 543112 which was supposed to be delivered at Ghaziabad. The order was confirmed and I received a mail and message of confirmation.
The food was not delivered on the abovementioned railway station. not only the food was delivered but didn’t received any call or information as well.
And when I called the concerned person he told me that delivery boy wasn’t not able to find my coach in train.
This was an absurd and most annoying behavior on part of the company. They must have given the information at least that they weren’t able to deliver because of so and so reasons.
This is highly unprofessional behavior on part of the company and I probably will not use the service of the same.
