Ranveer singh, who will be seen playing the most powerful ruler of the khalji dynasty- Alauddin Khilji, has unveiled his look from the film. Film lead by Deelika, Shahid kapoor & Ranveer Singh. Alauddin khilji, hears of Rani Padmavati’s beauty, he becomes desperate to catch a glimpse of her. He marches to chittorgarh from Delhi to see her, and upon seeing her, is instantly smitten by her. He then demands that queen leave her husband, Rawal Ratan Singh, the ruler of Mewar, for him. His obsession with the queen leads to the historic siege, resulting in war and many deaths.
