Today I am going to share my thoughts on the latest Bollywood movie’Padmaavat’ . Again role of Khilaji by Ranveer Singh was major highlight of the movie. Ending of the movie is as useless as it gets. Shahid was never a Rajput in the movie, I would say poor casting. Over glorification of Jauhar / a kind of Sati was another major let down.
Movie is not worth at all, I have gone due to hype created. last 15 min was ok rest all waste. Battle not as baahubali or as bajirao hardly 1 min scene. No comedy hardly you get emotional.
only thing worth watching is ranveer’s acting rest is history. shahid though is talented but felt like a rock oblivious about his enemy’s treacherous plots duh yuddh neeti composed of brawls n brains both I blame the script n direction. Deepika was true to her character though but overall movie was not up to the hype. cannot complain about the historical distortions as I am not equipped with that knowledge but can truly say this, slow motions won’t make a short movie epic just long and dull.
Music was bit ok but cinematography and screenplay was not up to the mark.
So guys please do not waste your money on such a boring and slow movie. Better to go for other movies.
