I am reviewing Nom Nom Restaurant on the basis of my experience which I had gone through a few months earlier.
As its name suggests, Pal’s fish corner, the restaurant should be capable of doing justice with its name i.e. ’The fish corner’ means it should provide fresh and different varieties of fish each and every time. But, they failed to do so. The varieties of fish provided by them are not fresh and it also contains lots of oil which is not good for the health.
Nom Nom Restaurant Service: Believe me, I didn’t find any quality fish in their serving. The taste was not up to the mark and the gravy is all about water mixed with some cheap spices. The taste of gravy and fish didn’t match as the gravy seems to be of some other dish.
Nom Nom Restaurant Presentation: The presentation was fine but that is not the only thing that a customer wants. The quality of food is the thing which matters the most.
Nom Nom Restaurant Customer Service: Customer service is also not up to the mark and they need to ponder about it. They don’t take an individual comment or complain too seriously as they have a huge customer following. Choice of Individual doesn’t matter for them.
Nom Nom Restaurant Food Quality: Hygiene was not good and they need to give attention to this sector too.
Lastly, I want to say that go to Nom Nom Restaurant at your own risk. If the day belongs to you then you might get a quality serving or you can’t do anything. Thank you for your precious time.
