LIke the design and the simplicity. It cools like a dream. I have a top floor flat in delhi. I compare it with my other room where the ac is not installed. that room becomes an oven during the day. The Panasonic AC room is just a heaven.
Beware of where you purchase it from cause the dealership will influence the servicing.
Make sure that when u are getting it installed ask for a vacuum machine to take the air out of the copper tubing. Some installers like to do without it. Big’No’ to them pls.
Service is not gr8 but decent. Again depends where u got it from.
