This company is not reliable at all . I bought this air conditioner and after one year it start giving problem. The cooling of this air conditioner is not good . Basically the quality of this air conditioner is not good and the sencor also start giving problem the first year . And after some time the remote of air conditioner also start giving problem and over all I would say there are many more company’s in market so next time I will definitely not gonna buy any air conditioner of this company
