Pathetic low quality product

This is the most pathetic air conditioner I have come across. Have used Voltas, LG, OGeneral but have not come across such low grade product. The product started giving problem after a year. We changed cooling coil 2 times spending more than 15k on it and 3rd time also the cooling coil alongwith the condensor coil was asked to be replaced. Finally we decided not to continue spending on it. First I thought that the service agency is the one creating problems with the air conditioner, couldnt believe that a Japanese product would be like this. So I wrote to the service head of Panasonic stating the details. However the response which I received was that the AC is now out of warranty and the estimate of 14K needs to be approved. They were least bothered about the feedback of the product or service. I would say LG gives the best service and response to their customers. There are times when products give problems however the company should be considerate in their response to their customers. It is cheaper compared to the other quality products available in the market but I would say the overhead expenses are higher after the purchase and after sale service of the company is not at all good. Would advice everybody not to get attracted with their price but focus on the quality.
