I bought Panasonic Air Conditioner Model No. YC18MKY. The cooling function of AC was not good. It takes long time for Cooling. It also depends on Room temperature when temperature go high Then AC stop working.
Service support and Maintenance was very poor. when I made a complaint for my product no support from them. I requested them many times after that they noted my complaint. They charged from me service charge even though my product was in warranty period.
The performance of the product was very poor and irritating behavior of service support makes me uncomfortable to buy Panasonic Product.
