The abysmal service from Panasonic has reached a new low, with no customer care representative offering a viable solution and not a single manager having the audacity to pick up the phone. To add insult to injury, the mechanic, when contacted out of sheer desperation, had the gall to nonchalantly declare, "Im on leave, cant help you. Contact head office." This utter disregard for customers has left Panasonic users like myself in a perpetual state of frustration and regret for ever choosing their electronics. My new air conditioner has been sitting idle for two agonizing days, a stark reminder of the distress caused by Panasonics incompetence.
