I had a bad experience of panasonic showroom in chennai that is in Anna nagar. The people in the showroom dont work properly and they are not interested in sales. They dont keep punctual in time. Especially Mr. DASS and other customer services, they dont keep their word and make customers keep calling them for installation. Such a bad reputation Panasonic in anna nagar, Chennai.
Iam really surprised by their behaviour, when customers are requesting to visit their home for installation, they dont keep their word and for that I have to wait 1month. Its the ever bad service I have seen in my life and the people in the Panasonic Showroom are lazy and they dont care whether the sales is to be done. They dont take customer in a serious way and think to escape every time and giving non-sense excuses.
I dont prefer their panasonic service. They are worst in their services also as I have heard from my friends and relatives. Thus, Panasonic is a hectic company and they dont care about their customers.
