standard fitting is pipe upto 10 metres beyond which it is Rs. 200/metre (xpensive), mine was standard installation.

In less spacious rooms the indoor unit looks bulky. In bigger rooms it looks nice and stylish. mine is 14x16 looks great. Remote controller is good with display, 3 fan speeds, lowest possible cooling till 16 deg celsius, LCD of remote is always on type(low power consumption), remote batteries supplied by Panasonic.
No display on the unit , just and on/off switch. (its ok because there is LCD in the remote)
Cooling is efficient , room is very comfortable within 15-20 mins and chilly in about 30-35 mins. Superb cooling. Indoor unit filter is easy to clean, it is a good idea to keep outdoor unit maintained, you can keep throwing water on the condenser fins of the outdoor unit every once in a month (not necessary, but maintains performance, a tip given by installation guys.)
Installation of the product took around 1.5 hrs. it is a lengthy process. I wish company hired more professional people as the ones who came for installation were not very professional but since fitting an AC is not rocket science, just about anyone can do the job after 2 days of training. However, it is important that you ask installation people to check for gas leakage at the joints of outdoor unit using sponge and foam which they did in my case.
The indoor unit is to be mounted at a height not more than 6ft. as it is different from the conventional split ACs. It has a front fan and air intake from three sides so it does not have a swing purposely omitted for better cooling since the whole front grille blows air so it is advised by the company to fix it at a height not more than 6ft so that you enjoy the breeze.
Rest is all good and smooth, I am happy and satisfied with the product. Buy it. I’m using it for almost a month now, till now without a problem!
