Dear all My friends, ( Before buying any Refrigerator of Panasonic) Think Four Times please read my story I took a Refrigerator of Panasonic in the year of 2013. Reference: Invoice Number-1273 dated 13/05/2013.
I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased a refrigerator model number B255STW4 on 13/05/2013 from Kay Dee Electronics, 1B-1, Opposite Metro Station, Sector-18, Noida-201301.
This refrigerator has given cooling problems from middle of September 2014 onwards, the same I have complaint to the support team of Panasonic and your technician rectified the problem of fan/motor as it was not working. The same was replaced and the technician charged me a sum of rupees 1, 809+ 226(VAT)+ 500 inspections charges+62 basic service tax plus cess respectively. The total cost for the repairing was 2, 597/-(Rupees Two Thousand Five hundred only).
The replaced part number is(NR.1100086926). Even after this the refrigerator has not been working properly, further your technician advised me to refill the gas. So, I agreed to fill the gas and again paid to Rs., 1, 250/-(Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty only).
Now, after so much of spending money this refrigerator has worked only till last week. Then I again complained to the customer care vide complaint No. R130615089954 dated 13/06/2015.
Yesterday, on 14/06/2015 your technician his(mobile no. 987178xxxx) visited my house and he has again rectified the same problem of fan/motor not working. Today I have received a call from your technician again asking me to pay Rs, 1600+ taxes and inspections charges.
In the above scenario your suggestions is highly appreciable. Whether I have to spend this much of money Rs.4, 000/- every six months for running your great refrigerator.If required all invoice copies can be provided to you.
