Poor after sales Service
Never purchase panasonic refrigerators because of its poor technical efficiency as well as this company has poor after sales service and has hired unskilled and rude after sales service agents . Models of Panasonic refrigerators have many technical faults.
Cooling is very poor in its main compartment since the day you will purchase it .The life of its fan motor is very short, it stop working within 6 months. I have purchased double door model B255 in June 2013 in Jaipur.Just after 4 days of its purchase I found that inside light was not working and this model was not providing proper cooling.
I complained several times and they exchanged it after 1 month time. After one year and 5 months its fan motor stopped working lot of ice was deposited on back part of freezer. They changed motor on Dec. 30, 2014 and charged INR Approx 2500. Its cooling was not proper even after its fan motor was changed. Just after six month they changed fan motor, the refrigerator stopped cooling and its mechanic told me that fan motor is not working and asked me to change the motor again. When I contacted its service center Sr. Manager and asked him why this fan motor stop working within six month he abruptly told me that he can not tell me why it is so and again asked me to pay for motor charges again. I advise you all to not purchase panasonic refrigerators.
