I think Panasonic Eluga 13Meag- this phone is average in this budget. You can buy a good phone from Xiaomi or vivo in this budget.
1) Sound quality - Its sound quality is good
but sound base is low
2) Camera - It has 13 mp rear and 5mp front camera, The camera performance in low light condition is poor, But in good light condition camera performance is better
3) Processor - It has 1.3GHz Media Tek processor which is old and for this processor phon is heated when used very much and slow performance is found after continue using 30 minutes
4) Memory - It has 3 gb ram and 16gb internal memory, though it has 3gb ram but available memory is low for multitasking
