I bought this phone for my mother a couple of days ago just because of few reasons I wanted a phone for my mother which is simple to use light weight small form factor and serves the basic functionality and does not cause issue in day to day usage or software issues which is common in modern smartphones. Panasonic is a big name and I thougjt of trying the phone because its cheap but in 2017 which phone in the market hangs so terribly? I mean this phone started hanging from the second day and my mon solely uses it just some phone calls little bit of online browsing whatsapp and camera no multitasking GPS or heavy demanding apps but this phone hangs crazy camera freezes wifi works but it takes 10-20 seconds to connect to a network after searching and my mon started complaining of the battery drain too I thougjt its a software issues so I reset the phone and updated ( although no update was present) but the issue persist upon calling the customer care they told me to give it to service centre but I know Panasonic service centre takes too long to repair any sort of products even months so I didn’t go for that option just don’t but this phone its a total waste of money
