Hello, Panasonic eluga mark, I bought this mobile on august 16. after one month mobile battery was defective, I went customer care they told me mobile battery has only 15 days warranty you must purchase new battery cost at rs 820/-, I deposited 300 rs advance but I did not get new battery yet. very disappointed by service, touch screen is not so good as I have other mobile and touch screen works very smooth. I’m also not happy with camera. Finger sensor is very good feature. but still I am not happy with it and I don’t suggest any one to purchase Panasonic eluga mark. thank you.
